Coal feeder belt

Coal feeder belt is usually composed of baseband, core, protective layer, covering layer, isolation pad material, etc. The base tape is made by laminating and vulcanizing multiple layers of adhesive tape, and it has certain tensile strength and elasticity. The core is generally made of high-strength polyethylene and has good flexibility. The protective layer is mostly made of steel wire rings, which serve to protect and support. The covering layer is usually canvas, which can provide a relatively large tensile force. The isolation pad material serves as a cushioning material, and in addition, there is an adhesive for bonding the base tape to the steel wire ring.


Material types: Common materials include polyester cotton flame-retardant and steel wire tape, etc. The polyester cotton flame-retardant belt has an outer layer of polyester and an inner layer of ordinary cotton thread or steel wire. It has certain flame-retardant properties and is suitable for occasions with fire protection requirements.

 

Product features

Ring-shaped seamless belt: Usually manufactured by one-time forming process, the belt core has no joints, the surface is smooth, the tension is uniform, the operation is stable, the elongation during use is small, which can enhance the strength of the belt and its impact and tear resistance, prevent early damage and extend the service life.

 

Skirt design: Generally, it is a seamless skirt design, which can prevent coal or other materials from overflowing to both sides, and also avoid small pieces of materials getting stuck in the gaps. At the same time, the seamless design helps to reduce belt wear and further extend its service life.

Strong tensile strength: Polyester fiber strong fabric is often used as the skeleton layer, which has strong tensile strength and is less likely to be stretched and deformed during use, ensuring that the belt maintains stable performance during long-term operation.

 

Anti-deviation and anti-slip: Some belts adopt anti-deviation structures in the inner lining, such as adding cast trapezoidal ribs in the middle of the loop belt. The friction between the belt and other components can also be enhanced through techniques such as slotting the belt, thereby solving problems of slippage and deviation.

 

Specification parameters: The thickness is usually 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, etc. The bandwidth generally ranges from 900mm to 1800mm, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.

 

Precautions for use: The working temperature is generally between -10 ℃ and 40℃. The material temperature must not exceed 500℃. If the temperature is too high, the elasticity of the tape will disappear; if it is too low, the tape will become hard and crack. During storage and transportation, it should be isolated from fire sources, avoid contact with sharp objects and corrosive chemicals, and should not be stored in direct sunlight for a long time.
