Generally, it is composed of fabric layer, upper covering layer, lower covering layer, core rubber layer and steel wire rope. The steel wire rope is wrapped in a core rubber layer, which is bonded to the upper and lower covering layers respectively at the top and bottom. The fabric layer is bonded to the outside of the upper and lower covering layers, playing a protective and reinforcing role.
Material features: Galvanized steel wire ropes are typically used for steel wire ropes. Depending on the degree of corrosion in the usage environment, different thicknesses of zinc coating can be selected. The covering layer is made of highly wear-resistant rubber material, featuring oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance and other properties. The core rubber layer is required to have good adhesion with the steel wire rope to ensure that the steel wire rope and the rubber do not separate during operation.
