Wear-resistant liner plate

Wear-resistant liners are protective plates made from wear-resistant steel plates through production processes such as cutting, plate rolling deformation, drilling and welding, used to protect the easily worn parts of equipment.

Function: Installed in areas prone to wear and tear of equipment, such as crushers, vibrating screens, feeders, chutes, etc., it can extend the service life of the equipment, increase the material flow rate, reduce noise, decrease the downtime for maintenance and upkeep, thereby increasing production and profits.

Material type

High manganese steel liner plate: It has excellent toughness and work hardening properties. When subjected to impact loads, its surface will harden rapidly, enhancing wear resistance. It is commonly used in equipment such as the jaw plates of crushers and the liners of ball mills.

High-chromium alloy liners: With a relatively high chromium content, the formed carbides have high hardness and excellent wear resistance, making them suitable for severely worn working conditions, such as ore crushing and cement grinding.

Rubber wear-resistant plate: It has excellent elasticity and flexibility, can effectively absorb impact energy, reduce noise and vibration, and also has certain corrosion resistance. It can be customized according to different application scenarios and is often used in equipment such as chutes and hoppers in the mining and aggregate industries.

Ceramic wear-resistant plate: The main component is alumina or zirconia ceramic, with extremely high hardness and strong wear resistance, which can effectively resist the erosion and wear of materials. In addition, it has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for high-temperature, high-wear and strongly corrosive environments, such as pipelines, silos, dust collectors and other equipment in the power, metallurgy, chemical and other industries.

Composite wear-resistant plate

Ceramic rubber composite liner: Utilizing a hot vulcanization process, toughened ceramic sheets are vulcanized in steel plate grooves filled with special rubber. This process combines the high hardness of ceramics, the buffering performance of rubber, and the supporting function of steel plates. It features super wear resistance, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-detachment properties, and is widely used in industries such as sand and gravel, mining, thermal power, and steel.

Metal-ceramic composite wear-resistant plate: By combining metal and ceramic through a special process, it possesses the toughness of metal and the wear resistance of ceramic, and can be stably used for a long time under high-wear and high-impact working conditions.

Product features

High wear resistance: The alloy layer of the wear-resistant liner has a relatively high content of carbon, chromium and other elements. The hardness of the formed carbides is higher than that of quartz in sand and gravel. The volume fraction of carbides in its metallographic structure reaches over 50%, and the macroscopic hardness can reach HRC56-62. The wear resistance is several times or even dozens of times higher than that of ordinary steel plates.

Good impact resistance: If the bottom layer of the wear-resistant composite steel plate is made of low-carbon steel, low alloy, stainless steel and other tough materials, the wear-resistant layer resists the wear of the abrasive medium, and the base plate bears the load of the medium, it can withstand the impact and wear of high-drop hoppers and other materials in the material conveying system.

Heat resistance: Some wear-resistant liners can be used in high-temperature environments. For instance, wear-resistant layers with added alloy elements such as vanadium and molybdenum can withstand high-temperature wear up to 800℃.

Corrosion resistance: The alloy layer of some wear-resistant liners contains a high percentage of metallic chromium, thus having certain rust prevention and corrosion resistance capabilities. When used in coal chutes and funnels and other occasions, it can prevent coal sticking.

Strong applicability: Wear-resistant composite steel plates come in a full range of specifications and varieties, and have been serialized as commodities. The thickness of the wear-resistant alloy layer ranges from 3 to 20mm, and the thinnest thickness of the composite steel plate is 6mm, with no limit on thickness. They can also be customized and processed according to the user's requirements and the dimensions on the drawings.

Convenient processing performance: Wear-resistant liners can be processed by cutting, leveling, drilling, bending and curling, etc., to form flat plates, arc plates, conical plates, cylinders and other shapes. The cut composite plates can also be welded into various engineering structural components or parts, and can be heated and pressed into complex shapes with molds. Moreover, they can be fixed on equipment with bolts or welding, and are convenient for replacement and maintenance.
