Product Definition: A wear-resistant liner plate made by directly surfacing high-hardness and high-alloy wear-resistant welding wire onto A3 steel plate.

Product features: It has high wear resistance, and its wear resistance life can be more than 15 times longer than that of ordinary steel plates. The bottom layer is made of tough materials such as low-carbon steel, which has good impact resistance. It can be used under working conditions of ≤600℃. After adding specific alloys, it can withstand high-temperature wear of ≤800℃. The alloy layer contains a high percentage of metallic chromium and has certain rust prevention and corrosion resistance capabilities. The specifications are complete, and it can be cut, drilled, bent, etc. It is easy to process and has a high cost-performance ratio.


Application scenarios: It can be processed into conveyor liners, coal feeder bottom plates, etc., and is used in severely worn parts in industries such as mining and power.


High-molecular polyethylene wear-resistant processing parts

Product Definition: Wear-resistant parts processed and produced with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material.


Performance parameters: It features excellent rigidity and toughness, and also possesses properties such as wear resistance, anti-slip, compressive strength, low-temperature resistance, high-temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.


Product features: Low flash point, good self-lubrication, no static electricity or sparks when rubbing with metals and other materials, which can reduce the frequency of safety accidents.


Application scenarios: It is commonly used in port machinery, conveying equipment machinery, and can also be applied to the lining plates of silos and chutes, food machinery idlers, temporary paving plates for drilling platforms, etc.
